Bulk Orders and Reselling

We would like to start selling Gripped_Tape at our gym.

A few of our members would like to place an order. Would they be eligible for discount?

Send us a email and we can group the order together. Depending on the order size, they might qualify for free shipping.


What size Knee Sleeves should I order?

If you’re not sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guide. The guide is located in the knee sleeve picture carosel.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We completely understand, we change our minds too!

Send us an email, and one of our members will get back to you.

Once an order is dispatched however, we are unfortunately unable to alter or cancel the order.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

The delivery address can only be changed before the order has been dispatched.

If you are uncertain whether you can still make any address changes, send us an email.


Depending on your location you’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.

As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification that your order has been dispatched.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

I did not receive a shipping or an order conformation email.

Please check your email's bin or junk folder. Confirmation emails sometimes end up there.

What is the status of my order?

You should receive a confirmation email to confirm your order and another email when the order has been dispatched. If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email junk or bin folders. 

How long will it take to ship my order?

Between 4 and 7 working days in Ireland and Northern Ireland.  Orders to other European countries can take between 7 and 10 days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the time of the year. Please keep in mind there could be some unexpected delays during the festive season and public holidays. If you are uncertain and think your order should have arrived, send us a email and we will be happy to help.

Why did I not receive a tracking number?

Some local carriers don't offer tracking numbers. This keeps the shipping price as low as possible.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
