¿Puedo cancelar mi pedido?

Lo entendemos completamente, ¡también cambiamos de opinión! Si bien desearíamos poder hacerlo, una vez que se realiza un pedido, no podemos modificarlo o cancelarlo en este momento. Esperamos tener una ventana de cancelación algún día en el futuro.

Si los artículos no funcionan, asegúrese de cambiarlos por un estilo preferido o devolverlos para obtener un reembolso. Como recordatorio, el envío de devolución nacional es gratuito.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

The delivery address can only be changed before the order has been dispatched.

If you are uncertain whether you can still make any address changes, send us an email.

¿Cuál es la política de envío?

Una vez que se realiza su pedido, recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación que le informará que nuestro equipo de cumplimiento ha recibido su pedido. Una vez que se complete su pedido, recibirá una notificación por correo electrónico con su información de seguimiento. Los gastos de envío no son reembolsables en el caso de devoluciones.

I did not receive a shipping or an order conformation email.

Please check your email's bin or junk folder. Confirmation emails sometimes end up there.

What is the status of my order?

You should receive a confirmation email to confirm your order and another email when the order has been dispatched. If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email junk or bin folders. 

How long will it take to ship my order?

Between 4 and 7 working days in Ireland and Northern Ireland.  Orders to other European countries can take between 7 and 10 days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the time of the year. Please keep in mind there could be some unexpected delays during the festive season and public holidays. If you are uncertain and think your order should have arrived, send us a email and we will be happy to help.

Why did I not receive a tracking number?

Some local carriers don't offer tracking numbers. This keeps the shipping price as low as possible.
